Beautiful Gulf Front Home on Grassy Key! Elevated for spectacular views, the first floor has a living area, kitchen and dining area all open to each other across the waterside of the home. The spacious porch is perfect for outdoor dining or watching the sunset colors. Two bedrooms and a bath are also located on this level. The master suite is upstairs with it's own spectacular bath and private balcony for waterfront viewing. The pier dock offers not only dockage for your boat but is a great spot to relax over the water on the built in bench or jump in for great onshore snorkeling. Fishing is even reported to be fun and successful off the end of the dock! The free form pool has an elevated spa with a waterfall into the pool and a second rock waterfall that has a built-in bench underneath. The pool entry is stepped from shallow to the deep end . Located in the Middle Keys area on Grassy Key which is the north end of Marathon. Morton Street runs along the open Gulf of Mexico and at the west end is very private with a feeling of seclusion. Just minutes from Marathon proper for shops and services. Key West is 50 miles away to the south and the Upper Keys are about the same north of Marathon, a great central location for sightseeing excursions.
