Security / Cleaning Deposit: A SECURITY Deposit of $500 is required. This deposit will be returned upon successful inspection of the property at the end of the rental term. An ADDITIONAL $125 is required for a CLEANING Deposit. The property must be left as clean as it was found in order to have the cleaning deposit returned. Total deposits come to $625 for Security and Cleaning. Minimum age to Rent: 25 years old

Down Payment/Deposit: A minimum of $500 is required to 'Hold' the rental period. This deposit is non-refundable, unless the property can be re-rented after notice of cancellation. Installments are accepted, and the total balance due is required by 5/1/08.

Check-in: Check- In should be no earlier than 1:oopm Check-Out is before 11am

Thanks, again, for the use of your house. We really did have a good time and we appreciate you allowing us to use it. It was convenient for walks on the beach and for day trips. We spent a day in the Lexington / Concord area, a day in Boston, an afternoon on Cape Anne, made it down to Plymouth, drove up the coast to Nubble Light, and spent a couple of afternoons on Plum Island.

I don't know when I may get back up that way, again. If things work out, I'll check with you to see whether you still have the house and whether it's available.

This place was great. It was clean, spacious and well appointed. There was also a nice yard, plenty of parking and it's a two minute walk to the water. What more could you want?

salisbury beach revisited.

My wife and I stayed at this lovely home in June of '07. We were joined by our college aged daughter for a few days. We live in Anchorage so this may seem like a strange place to vacation for us, but my wife lived there for part of her youth and we had visited family many times in the 80's and we had always loved it in Salisbury/Hampton area.
The beach was our strongest draw, even though the water is cold, the beach is fantastic..especially near this house which is away from the crowds nearer Salisbury Center.The other 'draws' to us are the wondreful varied seafood options..from fried clam stands to a host of great seafood restaurants . Don't waste your money at Browns Lobster pound..or the one across the street from it.. super expensive, overcrowded, and rude employees. Instead buy lobsters and steam clams at Davids Fish Market on bridge rd, Sailsbury and cook at the house..still expensive but much better value and more fun..Make sure there still is a couple of large pots fooboiling..Ask at Davids how best to cook if not sure... For a nice family type seafood and everything restaurant try Hungry Traveler in Salisbury. There is a wondrful Chinese restaurant jsut over the bridge in Hampton .Oh. best pizza in the world is at Tripolis in Salisbury Beach Center,, Have a corner piece with extra cheese..really good !! The house itself is very comfortable and nicely furnished..small but comfy bedrooms..great location with off street parking..Owners are very accomodating and helpful..We hope to return in '09.

This cottage had everything we were looking for, for a stress-free vacation. The A/C kept the cottage cool and comfortable during the hottest of days, while the icemaker and blender worked overtime to keep us hydrated! With lots of off street parking for visitors, and a sizable back yard for grilling, entertaining friends was easy. The street-side front porch also got a lot of use just kicking back and watching the cars and walkers go by. We met several neighbors, all of whom were quite friendly. Lastly, the beach really was only steps away, with the convenient crosswalk in front of the house. Good waves and (fairly) warm water made it easy to stay in the ocean for long periods of time. We liked it so much, we've already booked for next years vacation.

Love the cottage

The cottage was comfortable, clean and all that the pictures showed. A close walk to the beach which was clean and not overly crowded. We enjoyed the beautiful sunrises from the beach and sunsets from the backyard. Having so much parking was very helpful as was having the storage shed to handle all the beach equipment. A true beach cottage that made for a great vacation.
