Beds are one king, four queens and two twins -- plus two convertibles. Separate stairway to newly renovated suite, including queen BR, separate family room with TV, full bath and Bay views.. Spacious, private yard features brick patio, outdoor shower, gas grill, large table and chairs. Full playscape for when the kids come off the beach, which is less than two minutes walk across this quiet neighborhood street.
