This two bedroom 1800 sq ft end unit condo located on the 3rd green of the world famous La Quinta Resort Dunes Golf Course has golf course and mountain views from the living room, master bedroom, and patios. It is fully furnished with everything you will need for your stay. Amenities include a two car attached garage, full open kitchen and dining room, high speed Internet, gas fireplace, full size washer and dryer, 3 televisions with cable, DVD player, VCR, phone, and gas grill. Community pools with relaxing whirlpools are just a short walk. This condo, located within a guard gated community of private homes and condos, is a block away from the La Quinta Resort restaurants, shops and spa. Old Town La Quinta, a quaint destination of unique shops, restaurants, and art galleries is a 15 minute walk. Starbucks, grocery shopping, and takeout are just a block away. La Quinta's golf courses PGA West, Citrus, Silver Rock, Trilogy, and the La Quinta Resort Mountains course are close by.

The two bedroom condo has spectacular mountain views. One of the main reasons we purchased it that the condo is an end unit on a quiet street. The green is close enough to the patio that you can watch view the golfers but far enough away that it is extremely rare a missed approach shot will end up on the property.
