Notes: Towels and Linens provided. Paper towels, Toilet paper and trash bags are also included. There is a grill to be used on the deck or outside the basement slider. Wine opener and bake ware are there. We are located 1 1/2 miles from downtown and Diana's bath waterfalls are right out our back door. For more swimming echo lake beach is 2 minutes down the street. Not much needed other than you're toothbrush!

Great Getaway!

Thank you so much for letting us stay at your beautiful Condo it was wonderful. We took our son to Mt. Cranmore and did tubing there. Then my husband took him out on some of the trails while I went shopping....yeah! I can't wait to come back again it was everything we were looking for. Thanks again ;)

We rented this unit from Pam this past weekend for an annual girls' trip we do (there were 8 of us). First of all, the pictures don't do the townhouse justice. The couch has been replaced, as has the king mattress. VERY comfortable. The only downfall was the fact that there is no air conditioning in the unit. Luckily, it wasn't TOO hot out, but when we cooked in the oven or on the stove, it got hot quickly. Note to future renters: Near Ledge Rd. is not recognized on any GPS we used, so we used the address for Diana's Bath. I highly recommend this rental unit, and working with Pam was a pleasure! Thank you for sharing your little slice of heaven!

AWESOME

I have to tell you I was a little skeptical after reading that "ONE" review online but we were paid and commited to the weekend so off we went. To my suprise it was a beautifully well kept condo. We had everything we needed from napkins to paper towels to spices for cooking. And by the way tons of baking pans and utensils. They had actually stocked with coffee, filters, sugar, and salt n pepper. We enjoyed Diana's Baths (a short walk thru the woods) and Echo Ledge. It was our first time to New Hampshire and we can not wait to go back. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home, we cant wait to return!!!

VERY DISAPPOINTED

I viewed over 100 vacation rental on "home away", and was very disappointed in many ways. The beds all had flannel sheets, and plastic mattress covers(in Mid-July), arrived with no supplies of paper towels, toilet paper, and dishwasher soap. The small amount of hand soap in the upstairs bathroom appeared to have been there for at least 10 years (all turning disgusting brown). The kitchen was supplies with many eating utensils, but there were no mixing bowls or baking pans, which we always found helpful since we enjoy making some of our own meals. The showers were luke warm one day, and cold for an entire day before the water heater was fixed. The so called cleaning lady brought us paper products mid week, and left a note accusing the past renters of stealing all she had bought, and then ended her letter with lol. Real funny! I bet it would have been different if she had been renting the property. The gas grill was filthy, and there were no knobs to control the gas; and the couch and recliner had several tears in it, and the recliner when opened up actually had the staples coming out of it. By the sounds of my note it probably appears that we are real complainers, but over the past 30 years we have stayed in beautiful vacation homes all over the U.S, with no disappointments at all.
Owner's Response: We are sorry this person felt this way but most rentals do not include linens and towels never the less paper goods and spices etc.. We bought two brand new couches and new beds. There are other sheets if the jersey sheets were not what they wanted. We take pride in this newly built home when we bought it as one owner so far and have no smoking or pets ever. Our cleaner is also very thourough and felt bad so made a special trip up to make sure there were items there for convenience. Thank you to everyone else that has such nice comments!
