Come unwind in this wonderful, spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium at the Sol y Playa complex. This lovely, 2nd floor, walk-up condo has a side ocean view & lots of space to spread out & relax in. Both bedrooms are comfortable & AC'd. The master bedroom has a queen size bed & it's own private bath with tub & shower. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds & is AC'd as well. The second bath is in the hallway with a shower only. The home has 2 seating areas inside & 2 covered terraces. The kitchen even has a dishwasher & a wine cooler! Private laundry room with washer & dryer also. Located on the south side of Rincon on our best swim beach- Corcega- enjoy the calmer Caribbean waters. If you love to surf, the surfing beaches are less than a 10 min. drive away. Dive, snorkel, sun bathe, sail, watch the whales in winter, explore, read or just do nothing! Restaurants are less than a 5 min. drive away & numerous water sports! Casinos, shopping, movies, & more 20 min. to the south!

    A deposit of 50% is required at the time of reservation by Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. The balance is due 30 days before arrival by same credit card. If less than 30 days until check-in, payment in full is due at time of reservation. No reservations should be assumed until the initial deposit or payment is made and a signed contract is received by the renter from Island West Properties. Please do not make any travel plans that can not be changed until you have received your signed contract. Homes can not be held without a deposit. First payment will have the reservation. Must be at least 25 years of age to reserve and must be present for stay.

Rincon is the furthest west town on the island of Puerto Rico. Famous for our sunsets, kind people, surfing, whale watching, diving and snorkeling. We are a 30-40 minute drive from Aguadilla airport (BQN) with flights in daily on Continental, Jet Blue, Spirit & Delta from Newark, JFK, Atlanta, and Florida. San Juan (SJU) is a 2.5 hour drive away with flights from all over! Our quiet town is a break from the big cities. We have no traffic lights yet, but we're only 20 minutes away from the town of Mayaguez with a Sam's Club, Super K, Chilis, Long Horn Steak House, movie theaters, casinos, winter league baseball games and more! The Arecibo Observatory (James Bond's Golden Eye and Jody Foster's Contact) and the Camuy caves are just a 1.5 hour drive. We aren't New York City! This is a slow down and enjoy the tropical breezes vacation. You can be as busy as you wish or just sit and enjoy this paradise we are happy to share with you! US citizens do not require a passport or visa!

Enjoy Rincon year round!: Everyone knows Rincon is a great winter escape, but come enjoy Rincon the rest of the year, too!. Treat yourself to the tranquility & beauty when the crowds leave. Travel here in the spring, summer, or autumn & you'll experience a quieter side of Rincon. July is busy & fun when the San Juan families come out to enjoy some beach time, but most other times you will play on almost empty beaches. Early August, the kids return to school, & it's quiet. When the winter waves are gone, Rincon enjoys some of the best snorkeling & diving in the world. Steps Beach at the Tres Palmas Marine Reserve has the best stand of Elk Horn coral close into an island in the world (according to the NOAA researcher who's been following it for over 12 years!). Take one of the local diving boats out to Desecheo Island, only 11 miles off the coast, & enjoy visibility of 100+ ft all the time. Rincon is a year round destination with something for everyone.
