Townhouse near center of Provincetown. Brand new gleaming hard wood floors throughout, three bedrooms plus queen size sleep sofa in living room. Master bedroom suite has wet bar, large walk-in shower for two, surround sound system and flat screen high definition 42' TV. There is also a high definition flat screen television in the livingroom, a small TV in the kitchen, and a full size TV in the second bedroom. There are a total of three bathrooms (two with showers) in the house, plus a patio with outdoor shower, private deck with views of ocean, large kitchen / dining room fully equipped with cooking utensils and appliances including dishwasher, washer & dryer, central air conditioning, and large outdoor propane gas grille. High speed wireless internet access. Original Cape Cod art work from Provincetown's best known artists is displayed throughout the house. Parking for three cars including one car garage. Visa, Mastercard and Discover Cards accepted with 2.5% fee charge.

Beaches: A short walk or bike ride to the beaches of Provincetown.

Spacious interior with ocean views: This townhouse has 1900 square feet and incredible views of the ocean harbor, Shank Painter Pond, and Herring Cove beach in the distance. Inside there is original Cape Cod art work.

There is one mountain bike in the garage, available for your use, along with helmet, air pump and lock. And and you can rent bikes on the West end of Bradford Street. There are golf clubs in the garage for your use, and you can rent clubs at Highland Light golf course in Truro, which is just a 15 minute ride away.

Recommended Favorites: Do an evening whale watch, it's incredible to be on the ocean at sunset and see whales breaching. Visit and tour Truro Wine Vineyards, and be sure to participate in the tastings that they do throughout the day. If you are up for some exercise, rent sea kayaks and go sea kayaking. If you like golf, there is a beautiful course called Highland Light, and it is just fifteen minutes away in Truro. The best beach is Race Point for its high sand dunes. A good restaurant is Fanizzi's on the East End of Commercial Street, it is great food and fairly priced. When it comes to night clubs, they are all great depending upon what time of day it is and what you like for entertainment. If you are into theater, the Provincetown Theater on the East end of Bradford street is always producing something interesting. Best art gallery is the William Scott Gallery in the East End.

PLEASE BOOK MY VACATION AGAIN! Awesome Townehouse

This townhouse has it ALL. The location is so close to Commercial Street but fare enough away to be "peaceful". The Supermarket is a short walk down the street, and Cumberland Farms, well you can pretty much throw a rock and be able to hit it. The Townhouse itself is absolutely worth every dollar and more. Every room is so well put together, and the entertainment in the house is wonderful. The Bose surround sound is out of this world; you can really listen to it without bothering the neighbors next door. Talk about clean you can practically eat off the floors. Everything you need from cooking, to seasonings, to body soap is there for you. Just bring your clothes and your vacation begins. I even got a load of laundry done, thanks to the washer and dryer in the garage. Lots of parking and garage to boot with an extra refrigerator. Thanks so much for renting the townhouse to us.

Great vacation experience

This townhouse is awesome. Beautiful artwork, views, and decks. Comfortable beds, even the sleeper sofa was nice. The kitchen was large enough for all of us to prepare meals together. The master suite deck is the best for relaxing and sun bathing. Owner was very easy to work with. The only thing I would have liked was to have one more shower. Otherwise, amazing experience.

Awesome Rental/Short walk to City Center

Great condo that comfortably accomodates 6 people. 3 levels of living space so that everyone can spread out. Great value. Garage to store bikes and includes laundry. Easy walk to center of town through a city parking lot. We have been staying in the Lookout Bay condos for 5 seasons now and love the location. Close enough to enjoy all the action yet a bit removed and isolated. This unit has a great master suite with private deck. Only negative to this unit is that the 3rd floor master suite does not have a door at the bottom of the stairwell, so noise from first floor living space can be a bit distracting. Some other units in complex have a door to the 3rd floor suite. Minor issue that will not prevent us from renting again. Owner is awesome and you handle all financials via electronic payments. Highly recommended.
