Welcome to our beautiful townhouse in Silverthorne's Blue River Run complex. Our end unit is perfectly situated on the far edge of the complex facing the Blue River and mountains beyond, offering privacy and spectacular scenery. Summit County is well known as a four-seasons vacation paradise, and Silverthorne is centrally located with ready access to some of the best skiing, hiking, road and mountain biking, water sports and other outdoor activities available in the United States. Our home is spacious, open, comfortable and very well appointed to meet all of your vacationing needs. Following are just a few of the features and amenities offered:

- A townhouse on three levels (very private) - Five sleeping areas for up to 12 people (& 3 baths) - A private outdoor hot tub with mountain views - A large deck with gas grill, table and chairs - Spacious living area with entertainment center & HDTV - Double ovens and gas stove in the kitchen - Full washer/dryer and 2-car heated garage.

Ski Details: Our townhouse is closest to Keystone Ski Area (about 10 minutes), though Breckenridge, Copper Mountain and Araphoe Basin are all only about 15 - 20 minutes away. Vail is about 30 - 40 minutes away. The drive to all areas is easy and ample parking is always provided. The popular Summit Stage FREE shuttle bus will take you to and from all ski areas and can be accessed right from our townhouse complex.

Hiking Details: In the heart of Summit County, our townhouse is surrounded by essentially limitless hiking opportunities, ranging from easy strolls to hearty climbs to the summits of Colorado's famous 14,000+ peaks. Well-marked trails abound and a US Forest Ranger Station is about 1 mile from our townhouse with information and maps of the entire county.

Biking Details: Opportunities for road biking as well as mountain biking are fabulous in Summit County. Over 40 miles of paved, interconnected county and town recreational trails can be accessed right out of our townhouse door. Also, miles of dirt mountain trails for all abilities exist throughout Summit County. Information and rental bikes are available in all of the local towns (Silverthorne, Dillon, Frisco and Breckenridge). Trail information is also provided in our unit.

Summit County is famous for its high country mountain activities, especially skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, tubing and cross-country skiing in the winter and hiking, mountain climbing, road and mountain biking, golf, tennis...pretty much all warm weather activities in the summer. Gorgeous rocky mountains with high altitude mountain passes make for spectacular sight seeing. Nearby rivers, reservoirs and lakes also allow for great water sports in the summer such as sailing, swimming and whitewater rafting. Local towns abound with great restaurants, bars, nightlife, galleries and shopping , etc. (including outlet shopping 5 minutes from our townhouse). The major city of Denver, with a host of cultural activities, including arts, music, theater and major sports teams, is just over an hour away.

These include three full bedrooms on the upper level, including a master suite with a king bed and private bathroom, complete with dual sinks and a Jacuzzi tub and shower. Two guest bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds, share another bath with dual sinks and another Jacuzzi tub and shower. Also, a queen size sleep sofa is provided in the living room area and another queen sleep sofa plus a twin, full bunk bed are provided in a private, bonus room, on the lower level, accessed from inside the unit through our private, heated, two-car garage.

TV is auto-linked to unlimited Netflix TV shows & movies, YouTube, Picasa, etc. Many all-music channels on TV plus small personal collection of DVDs & music CDs. The main level is an open living area, that includes a fully appointed kitchen, with double ovens and a gas stovetop, plus a separate dining area. A private 7-to-8-person hot tub, for the outdoors, faces the Blue River and mountains with gorgeous, unobstructed views! A large deck with gas barbecue also faces the river and mountains, with table and comfy chairs. Also includes a full sized washer and dryer, a two-car heated garage on the lower level and is steps away from the Summit Stage, a free shuttle bus service to neighboring Summit County towns and ski areas. Pets are not allowed.

Peaceful Stay for our Winter Vacation

We had a party of 6 adults and one child and this property was perfect for our Snow-cation. We did have to bring our own pack and play crib, but one is available from the managing company at a fee.
Its in close proximity to our favorite slopes and (my favorite) the Silverthorne Outlet Mall. The property is in a residential neighborhood which makes for quiet evenings. Also, the kitchen is stocked very well with appliances, some spices and lots of dishes. We had such a wonderful time soothing our aching muscles in the private hot tub and the 2 jacuzzi bathtubs.
