Cooking is still regarded as a high art form here in Calvados, as there are the finest raw materials and food to work with. There is simplicity and excellence in flavour and choice. A guide to the markets and and a cook to show and cater can be arranged to take you round and give tips and instructions and make an interesting option for the 'fin gourmet'. Classes can be organised for a fee of 40euro per person, inclusive of ingrediants & lunch with the chef. All the local specialities can be found in the colourful markets, on harbour quaysides or in village squares.
