Things to do in the area:: Crystal white sand beach is only 150 steps away and very quiet and private since there are only private residences. Huge park is 200 steps in the other direction with seesaws, swings, climbing gyms, shuffleboard, basketball court and lots of shade. Go fishing on the inter-coastal only a few blocks away (we catch fish every time). We provide the pole for you! Less than a mile away is an elaborate mini golf facility with waterfalls and tunnels. Only 2 houses away from the Beach Trolley stop! Just 2 miles to the famous Johns Pass Village where you can charter a fishing boat, experience a Pirate, or Dolphin watching cruise, dine and shop in the quaint waterfront area. 6 miles to the Wagon Wheel Flea Market where you can spend a day searching out bargains. Just under an hour away is the award winning Busch Gardens zoo and theme park and Adventure Island water park. 26 miles to the award winning Tampa International Airport. Orlando/Walt Disney World/Universal 110 miles door to door

About the house:: The house sits on a large corner lot in a quiet and safe neighborhood. There are 2 driveways for extra parking. A fenced in back yard ensures your little ones will stay where you can see them as they are playing and having fun!! A cement BBQ pit makes for great cookouts. Inside the house is wood and tile, with new carpet in the bedrooms. The house is fully furnished and tastefully decorated with all the comforts of home. A special play room with foosball table, toys and games that the kids can call their own!! Two over sized, comfortable sofas and 2 chairs make for plenty of seating for socializing. Amenities include: Microwave, Coffee Maker, smoothie maker, dishwasher, High Speed Internet, Satellite TV in all bedrooms and the living room, Video Library, Iron and Ironing board, all Linens and beach towels, Computer with Internet Access on-site allows you to search local attractions. Free local and Long distance Phone, Free Washer/Dryer on site.

We enjoyed this beach getaway so much. It is a very quiet, relaxing beach. Saw dolphins the first day! Our 3 and 6 year old boys loved it! The house is even closer to the beach than we imagined. The outdoor space at the house is amazing. The boys loved the sand and adults loved the outdoor furniture to play on. Lots of toys for the kids to play with. The house is even better than the pictures! Very nice and clean! Perfect accomodations! We hope to stay at this home again.

We could not have been more pleased with our accommodations! Bob and Lynette thought of everything. So convenient!!! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. It truly is that close to the beach!!! The beach was absolutely amazing!!!
Very quiet neighborhood too. Love the entire area!!! The description and pics of place was spot on!!! I left "kicking and screaming". Many wonderful memories! I miss it already!!! We will definately rent again!!!

Feels Like Home

This was our second visit to this great house. We enjoyed it just as much as we did the first time! The kids said that it felt like coming home again. Bob & Lynnet are so great about everything! The beach is just short walk across the road, which at times, is crazy! It doesn't matter, though, because you're at the beach! It was great relaxing in the back yard and the neighborhood is quiet. The beach is not crowded at all and it's so peaceful there. You're close to shopping, restaurants, mini-golf, etc. I love the book with all of the maps, restaurants, entertainment options, it was great! I love that they thought of everything to keep you entertained when you just want to relax at home. There is plenty of space to do your own thing and just enjoy your vacation. I love that it just feels like it's your own home. The house looks just like it does in the pictures, maybe even better. I've told everyone who would listen about this place! We will definitely be making a return trip!

its exactly like the photos, and the description of the place.we are near the beach, and the neigborhoods are quiet. you can take the bus to go every where, and the restaurants are near. if you want a nightlife in the bar for the young adults, you must to go at tampa, because the bar near the house is more older 40 and +.its very clean and you need only your clothes, everything is on place, towels for the beach and showers, chairs for the beach, toy for young children,its like the grand hotel.

Great little vacation home!!

The vacation home was great, very welcoming and all the little extras the owner provides are a thoughtful gesture. The house was well equipped and in a quiet residential location. The walk to the beach was short and easy, although sometimes it was a little "hairy" crossing the busy road. We had a great time staying at the house and would definately return to stay again.
