New home located off the Sugarbush Access Rd. minutes from the lifts. Great views and secluded, yet very close to the resort and many restaurants and bars. Home has a warm country feel with ash hardwood flooring, beams and tall ceilings. All the comforts of home to host a large group for dinner. New 42 inch high def TV in the the living room and several smaller TVs, throughout the home. Surround sound stereo system piped inside and outside the house. Relax after a hard day of skiing in the 6 person hot tub under the stars.Close to the Round Barn and other Wedding and function halls, this home is a great place to stay. The home is located a hill with great views of the valley and Northfield Range. It is recommended to have atleat one all wheel drive vehicle in your party.

Weddings : Great spot to base you family while attending weddings or conventions in Warren and Waitsfield..

In addition to the great skiing and riding Sugarbush provides, there are also guided snowshoe tours, cross country skiing, all less than 10 minutes away. 1.5 miles to the Sugarbush parking lot at Lincoln Peak.
