The Colonial Country Club is about lifestyle. The 18,000 square foot Clubhouse Dining Room overlooks the sparkling water of the Aqua Range and the expansive greens and fairways of the first and eighteenth holes of Colonial Country Club's Championship Golf Course by Gordon Lewis.
The 11,500 Recreation Complex houses a myriad of facilities for members to explore and enjoy. Featuring the latest in fitness equipment, a social center, library/media center, billiard and card rooms, and a full kitchen. Along with a Heated Community Pool is a great place to escape, work out, or relax with friends. The community also offers 10 lighted courts for your enjoyment, including eight with a Hard-Tru surface.
The Condo: Warm deep plush carpeting covers the stairs and living areas with ceramic tile in the foyer, kitchen, baths, and laundry area, a state-of-the-art Sound System piped into all of the living spaces and Lanai. Spacious closets, recessed lighting and great views of the Tennis Court and Pool Area are also present. Being the Builder's Model it has all the options you could want, along with the entire living area Professionally Decorated to feel just like home.
The Living Room is spacious and comfortable, designer furniture surrounds the 42 inch High Definition flat screen TV in the wall cabinet. The Living area expands it self by opening the 8 foot sliding glass doors to the Lanai feeling the warm Florida Breezes and Eastern Morning Sun.
The Master Bedroom and Master Bath is off the living room facing the warm eastern morning sun. The King size bed has down pillows and Egyptian cotton sheets for you to melt into after a hard day on the Golf Course or Tennis Court. There is a walk-in closet off the bath with double bowl sinks and walk-in shower with a seat under the rain fall shower head.
The Den or Office with the late warm afternoon sun peaking through the glass, is a place to make that important call at the desk or to meditate or read the book you have been trying to finish as you sink into the soft armchair. Second Bedroom provides all of the room necessary for guests or family with 2 twin beds covered with down pillows and Egyptian cotton sheets. With it's own fully equipped bath room.
The Lanai is spacious with a north and eastern views you can enjoy while dining or relaxing in the early morning sun or the cool afternoon shade, listing to the piped in music from the sound system.
I spend my winters in Florida as a Real Estate Broker and Investor; I originally purchased Builder Model at Colonial Country Club to live in that is why it so highly decorated and equipped with so many upgrades. I also purchase another Builders Model Condo and move into it and decided to rent Colonial because of the Real Estate Market being so weak sense then I have live in Fort Myers a few miles from Colonial Country Club.

One of the best things about the condo is it location to the Swimming Pool and Tennis Courts, they are right out your window, your are next to them. This means so much when you are sharing one car, transportation is no problem. Of course the other great thing is the high quality of living in the Builder Model with all the up-grades and professional decorated, this is vacation delight when the surrounding your in are as enjoyable as your home or better.

There are two fees that are required, one is for the transfer of membership from Colonial Country Club $212.00 and the other is the HOA approval $100.00. There is also a cleaning fee of $150.00.
The 11% tax is required of all rentals under 6 months in the State of Florida.
The $1000.00 deposit is required upon signed lease and refundable 30days after lease providing there is no damage.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
