Villa Ravel was a perfect vacation rental

We spend 27 December 2008 to 3 January 2009 at Villa Ravel. We wanted to be in the Basque area of Spain and need space for eight people - five adults and three children. Villa Ravel was one of the few properties we found advertised with four bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. After some email exchanges with the owner, we decided to rent. We have not regretted our choice for a second. The property is as advertised. It is spacious, easily has room for nine people, is well outfitted - with washer, dryer, full kitchen with all appliances, TV, stereo, internet, etc. It is also in an ideal location, right across the street from the beach and a couple of minutes walking from the heart of San Sebastian. We would not only recommend this property to friends, but would rent it again if we return to San Sebastian. The price iis also an excellent value for the rental - you could not duplicate the space, proximity to the center of town, and convenience of the full kitchen, living room, etc., for the price in any hotel. Finally, the owner called several times to ensure that the visit was going well and was fully accessible throughout the rental. In short, a superb property at a reasonable price. An A+++ property.
