This lovely, immaculate, vacation home is located in the SW section of Cape Coral with easy and quick access to the Gulf of Mexico. Upon opening the front door you will look directly through the lovely decorated living room to view the electric heated pool and the gulf access canal. The gourmet kitchen with granite counter is fully equipped with a coffee maker, blender, toaster, microwave, mixer and ice maker. The house has a comfortable living room with a big screen TV/VCR/DVD player and stereo. Enjoy the split floor plan with two separate sleeping areas for a total of four bedrooms + office with Internet access and three baths. All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans. The master bedroom and one guest bedroom have sliders opening out to the pool area. Relax and lounge around your private pool on the well furnished lanai which is fully enclosed in a screened cage. We also can offer you flights, car rentals & cruises.
