Stay at our beautiful/charming Victorian right on the Esopus. In the winter sit by the fire on our beautiful stone fireplace, ski at Belleayre (5 minutes away), Hunter & Windham (25 minutes away). Over the ski season, special arrangements can be made for long term rentals with storage space for wknd rentals. In warm months sit on the wrap-around porch and watch the ever-changing light and sky. Swim at Belleayre Beach 5 minutes away. Play tennis at Fleischmann's great courts, 10 minutes away. Play golf at Hannah, always in perfect condition, 15 minutes away. Hike miles of trails, fly fish on the Esopus (right on the property). Antique shopping, brunch and/or dinner to Woodstock, Phoenicia, Margaretville. Attend the Belleayre summer concerts on Saturdays. over two acres of beautiful manicured lawn for kids to play and six more acres of woods to explore, outdoor grill, cable TV, wifi, washer and dryer, tons of charm one of a kind. FULLY RENOVATED KITCHEN & 1st FLOOR BATHROOM

The house was very clean and nice. Only 5-8 minute drive to Belleayre ski area. Nice fireplace and kid friendly. Owner very helpful.

A great house for skiing/riding at Belleayre. Conveniently located and easy to find.
The house was very clean and the top floor was spacious to fit a large family.
The kitchen was all renovated recently and all the utencils, plates, etc were all in good condition to feed the large family.
The house was also very warm and we also loved the fire place.
We saw a stream right outside the house and thinking to rent it again in Summer.

The owner, Sam was very responsive and helpful.

Relaxing July 4th in the Catskills

We had a great time in the Catskills. There were 9 adults staying in the house, and we all fit comfortably. The big porch, grill and fire pit were a huge plus. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful. We'd definitely come back for another weekend.

We were so pleased with this house. It is a beautiful house on a great property right next to the river. Our kids loved it, as they had their own place to hang out in the spacious attic. The owners were also extremely helpful and accommodating. This is our second season renting in the Catskills. Our first rental experience in a different house was very disappointing, so we were so excited to come upon this great house with pleasant owners. We definitely recommend this house!

The Catskills are exactly as I remembered them from when I was a kid 30 years ago. The enormous house had everything we needed, including internet, and was a great base for exploring the area. My wife and I were nervous about bringing our toddler there but it was very child-friendly and there were lots of things to do with him nearby. Phoenicia is very close, with basic necessities, but otherwise you are as far out in the country as you can get while still being only a few hours from NYC. The owner has been very easy to work with as far as logistics.
