Close to Storyland and within 30 minutes to Black, Wildcat & Attitash. Finished basement with family room, full bath, laundry; plus one bedroom with a double bed and a set of bunk beds and another bedroom with set of bunks. First floor with fully applianced kitchen, open concept cathedral living room/dining room with gas fireplace, sliders to deck and screened in porch. First floor bedroom with double bed and a set of bunks, and full bath. Second floor open den overlooking 1st floor living area with newly installed safety mesh on railings. Second floor master bedroom with full bath and queen bed. Third floor loft with double bed, a set of bunks and a trundle. Amenities include new outdoor swimming pool, AC, WiFi, 2 TV's/DVD/VCR.

Spacious, clean and well-equiped

I stayed here in September with my family and my sister and her family for a trip to Storyland. There were 8 adults and 3 children. The condo is set up nicely so that many of the rooms are on different levels, giving each family a sense of privacy. It was very clean and spacious and very well-equipped. We were pleasantly surprised to find just about everything we needed, from hair dryers to wine bottle openers. For families with toddlers, I would just caution on the loft stairways which have very wide gaps in the railings. The family with the 2-year old was a little nervous having her climbing around. I would definitely recommend it, and the owners were very pleasant in their communication and correspondence.

All the comforts...

My only complaint about this condo is that we didn't get to stay longer (our fault, not their's - we had to get home). They had all the comforts of home and then some. The kitchen is fully outfitted to cook as you would at home and you could feed many many people as there are plenty of dishes and silverware for all. The foosball table in the basement was a huge hit. Even though you are right in the thick of outlets etc in N. Conway, you feel like you are away from it all. Sitting on the deck you are surrounded by trees. The kids loved the pool. You don't need to bring anything. Plenty of towels, sheets, pillows, blankets, etc. Lots of room if you wanted a get-away with extended family or a large group of friends. Washer/dryer in the condo so you don't have to come home with bags full of dirty laundry. A/C if it is hot. Gas fireplace when it's cool. And the owners were very responsive and friendly. You truly felt like a welcome guest in their home.

We stayed here a Feb 2009 for the weekend. 6 adults 4 kids under 6. Great condition, great location just of the main st in downtown North Conway. The condo had everything you could need including laundry. Tons of space and we didn't even use all of it. Perfect for multiple families! You will not be disappointed with this rental!

Girl's weekend

What can we say? Loved it! The Condo was just as described, the pictures didn't do it justice! Very spacious, 12 adults and there was plenty of room, we even had space for more! Very clean, sooo comfy! The condo was very well stocked, from kitchen utensils, pots and pans to paper products and supplies, and the linens! All the comforts of home...plenty of thought and care went into decorating and stocking this condo. The wireless connection was great to have too.
We shopped 'til we dropped and picked up again the next morning. Some of the girls hit the spa down the street for some pampering. Plenty of places to grab a bite to eat were nearby. Really in the middle of it all, easily can get to either end of Rt. 16.
It was a pleasure dealing with the owner, very helpful.
It was a wonderful weekend. Of the 4 units we've stayed in from this same complex, this was by far the best! Can't wait to go back! Would recommend to anyone!

The Ideal Place for All!

This is the ideal condo for families and for large groups of friends. It is very spacious and everything is well kept and it is clean (as well as updated). It is large enough for those who like to wind down at night and watch TV, while others may decide to congregrate around the beautiful wooden table (on the main floor) and talk or play a game. The condo is kid-friendly. The grounds are big enough to play ball and the inside can surely accomodate a challenging game of hide-and seek. The spiral staircase coming to and from the loft is really not suitable for the smaller children; they will need assistance. It is fine for all others.

All amenities are readily available and there is a need for nothing when staying here. The location is perfect; one can travel to Conway Center, the outlets, Echo Lake, Diana's Bath, Pinkham Notch, and all ski areas within minutues. It is also within walking distance to mini-golf and the waterslides. The Kang. is not too far, so it is also perfect for those who want to venture off a little farther for the day. It really is a perfect location for those who like to do all activities, whether indoors or outdoors--all can be accomodated.

The owners are super nice are warm and make you feel as if you are truly welcome into their condo. When contacting them the turn around time is quick and there are no hidden fees or surprises--there is excellent communication as well as a friendly disposition.

I have visited this condo twice and I will return as long as they will have me, my family, and friends. I highly recommend staying here! It truly is the ideal place that deserves a 5+!
