Finished basement with family room, full bath, laundry; plus one bedroom with a double bed and a set of bunk beds and another bedroom with set of bunks. First floor with fully applianced kitchen, open concept cathedral living room/dining room with gas fireplace, sliders to deck and screened in porch. First floor bedroom with double bed , and full bath. Second floor open den overlooking 1st floor living area with newly installed safety mesh on railings. Spacious, clean and well-equiped

I stayed here in September with my family and my sister and her family for a trip to Storyland. There were 8 adults and 3 children. The condo is set up nicely so that many of the rooms are on different levels, giving each family a sense of privacy. It was very clean and spacious and very well-equipped. We were pleasantly surprised to find just about everything we needed, from hair dryers to wine bottle openers. For families with toddlers, I would just caution on the loft stairways which have very wide gaps in the railings. The family with the 2-year old was a little nervous having her climbing around. I would definitely recommend it, and the owners were very pleasant in their communication and correspondence.

This is a great house for multiple families, really great location with lots nearby. Lots of room, kitchen had everything we needed. Will definitely rent again in the future.

My sister and I wanted to get a last ski weekend in so we chose to celebrate our birthdays up in North Conway- an area we love because of the different ski resorts and outlet shopping. We are so happy that we chose this condo- it had plenty of space for 15 of us the first night, and 18 the second night!

4 kids (ages 5-11) loved the loft space, second floor bedroom had the parents and grandparents and the basement kept all the young professionals in a confined area where they could stay up a bit later than the rest of the house!

Coming from a hotel background, this home met all standards! It was extremely clean, had plenty of towels and linen, and the kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans!

Communication with the owners (Rachel specifically!) easy and they were very helpful with all the questions that we had both pre and post stay- only reason I’m giving this 4 stars is on the last night of our stay there was a water leakage (a valve of some sort) in the laundry room and we contacted the owners to let them know and they were great and sent someone to take a look at it the next morning. But these things happen and everyone took it in stride!

The foosball table was a great touch and in the summer months the screened in porch would be great to use! We would definitely rent this condo again in the future.

Weekend Getaway

There were 4 families total with 5 kids ranging from 4-14 and we all had a blast. It was nice to all be able to sit in the family room on the main level with a very large and comfortable couch. There were only a few things that were a challenge to deal with since we had such a large group and that was making a large breakfast on saturday we found the griddle was very hard to use since it took so long to heat up and cook the food. There also could have been a few more frying pans to speed cooking along. It was very nice to sit by the gas log fireplace and get toasty while chatting with eachother. All 14 of us had a very nice time and would definatley return for the summer and then again in the winter. I would recommend it to many of my friends.
Owner's Response: So glad you had a great time! We go up every year with our huge family and we love the space all the levels provide. Thank you for letting us know about the griddle and frying pans. We are going up in February, and will replace the griddle and purchase a few more frying pans. Again, glad you had a great time!

A Great Place for the Whole Family

This condo has all the comforts of home including a fully stocked kitchen – all you need to do is bring the food! It is well maintained and very spacious and accommodates our group of 15 (7 adults and 8 children). The location is great, and the owners are very nice. We have been coming here for our family vacation for years. I highly recommend it!
