Further details for this vacation house rental in Lee, Massachusetts
For the Budget Conscious!: Newly renovated in the Autumn of 2006, this lovely cape is very cozy and quite relaxing. The goal for the Sunflower house is to gauge the demand for a more budget oriented rental. The house is very nice for 6 people. The kitchen and dining are the rear half of the house and is very bright and cheerful with lots of recessed lighting and lots of windows. This is the gathering place in the house. The two queen beds upstairs are very nice, and the rooms are comfortable. The third bedroom, on the first floor,is very bright and sunny with a nice area for a sitting room or small office. There is a new washer and dryer in the laundry and a remote garage door opener for your convenience and easy access.
For long term tenants!: We pick up your trash, plow the drive, cut the grass, and pay the utilities! This is a great place to stay in the Berkshires! Centrally located between Lenox, Lee, Stockbridge and Becket, and just 10 minutes from Park Square in Pittsfield, you can't get lost when you live here! North South East or West, you are close!
