This charming Cape Cod cottage is located in a quiet Truro bayside neighborhood. Situated on 1+ acres, the property features hammocks under the pines, large wrap around deck overlooking gardens and grape arbor, and outdoor shower. The cottage has been completely renovated and includes 2 bedrooms (1 queen bed, 2 twin beds), full bath, kitchen, and living room, on main level and 1 bedroom (1 queen bed) and hang out room (pull out couch) on lower level. Located 1 mile from Corn Hill Bay Beach, walk to Castle Hill Arts Center, 2.5 miles to beautiful Ballston ocean beach. 10 miles to Provincetown, 5 miles to Wellfleet.

Truro is a tranquil historical whaling village, tucked away between Wellfleet and Provincetown. Only 10 miles from the tip of Cape Cod, this small village is flanked by several Ocean and Bay beaches. The Pamet River is ideal for kayaking, canoeing, bird watching, Golf at Highlands Golf Course or hike the cranberry bog trail. Both provide breathtaking views of the ocean. Swim at one of the gorgeous beaches or in the fresh water ponds. Local lobster, clams, and oysters at casual or gourmet restaurants.

Great spot on the quiet side of the Cape. Really charming house that instantly feels like home. Quick ride to beach and lovely setting.
