The School House Cottage is located on all sports, but not all crowded Upper Herring Lake with 140' of private water frontage. The home sits on 2.5 acres on a quite, peaceful country road surrounded by a perfect blend of rolling hills, woodlands, orchards and vineyards. This 2100 sq. ft. home is Fun!
