Overall I had a great experience renting this property. The owner provided extremely detailed information on the property and surrounding region - all of which was as advertised on the web site. There was great follow up on every detail of the transaction.

The property is within walking distance of a very nice beach in W Falmouth and is in an uncrowded and quiet neighborhood. The very large yard is great for kids and the hammock is in the perfect location. The owner has thought of everything - all the conveniences of home and more.
