Great March Break

I spent a week here with three teenagers in March of 2009. The unit is outstanding - beautifully decorated and very well equipped. Beds are very comfortable - and the views are outstanding. Everything is in good shape, lots of dishes, very nice linens and towels.
The building is well maintained, very clean and secure. There was a party one night when we were there in the adjacent unit but it stopped by midnight or 12:30.
The walk to the beach is less than 5 minutes and about 10 minutes to the Peir where there are nightly events and a craft market. It takes some planning to decide how you will get your gear to the beach, but it can be done without taking the car. As an alternative, you could scoot over in to one of many drop points with your car, go back to the condo to park and then walk back to the beach. Parking at the beach is a bit pricey.
We mostly ate in, but did enjoy pizza at Gondolier, which I thought was really good.
It is useful to have a car when staying here as you do need to go out for groceries (not far, maybe 2 or 3 miles). We did a cruise from the marina that was fantastic and also rented bikes in Dunedin and took the Pinellas County trial to Tarpon Springs - I would really recommend this.
