Newly decorated designer unit at Island Princess on Okaloosa Island, with cable TV and DVD/VCR combo in every room. Perfectly located toward the end of the 1st floor for a quiet evening on the patio and mere steps to pool, jacuzzi and beach...no waiting for elevators. Pool (heated in winter), jacuzzi, covered parking and exercise room on site. High speed wireless Internet access and fax in condo. Beach chairs and umbrella setup included March thru October. Fully equipped spacious kitchen has granite counter tops and breakfast bar with four bar chairs...providing plenty of seating along with dining set. All bedrooms have private bathrooms; master bedroom has a king bed, middle bedroom has a queen bed and the ''kid friendly' room has surfing theme & artwork (it has bunk beds with a twin top, full size bottom and trundle bed underneath to sleep four), and sofa sleeper.You'll want to return every year to this upscale condo on the spectacular soft, white sand beaches of the 'Emerald Coast'

Fabulous time at the Beach!

Condo and beach time were wonderful, very well decorated and comfortable. Great location. It is directly on the beach, just walk out the back door. It is very close to grocery store, convenience store, several restaurants and the boardwalk with fishing pier. I suggest going to Pandoras or Pranzos restaurant just down the street. Keri was very easy to work with on the reservation and answered any questions quickly. I highly recommend this condo.

Great Beachside Condo

Loved the condo. Beautifully decorated, very comfortable and great location on the bottom floor - just walk out the back door to the pool or beach. (We have stayed on upper floors and hated waiting on crowded elevators). We loved our summer vacation so much that we came back to spend our New Years here. Excellant restaurants nearby on Okaloosa Island - Old Bay Steamer, Pandoras, Black Pearl and great sports bar at Anglers. We'll be back!

Paradise on Okaloosa Island

Wonderful condo, best vacation in years. Weather was perfect except one rainy day; having DVD players in all rooms came in handy for kids (and the adults) on that rainy day. Everyone overuses the "upscale" describing condos here, but we found it to be true in your unit-- beautifully decorated, painting, appliances, everything. Hopefully, we'll be back next year.

Perfect weather, beach and condo!! Best time at the beach! Loved the condo location on the first floor - just walk out the door to pool and beach - easy in and out to car (groceries, luggage, toys). Have never stayed in such a nicely decorated and updated unit. Will definitely be back next summer.
