Newly decorated designer unit at Island Princess on Okaloosa Island, with cable TV and DVD/VCR combo in every room (LCD TVs in LR & master) . Perfectly located toward the end of the 1st floor for a quiet evening on the patio and mere steps to pool, jacuzzi and beach...no waiting for elevators. Pool (heated in winter), jacuzzi, covered parking and exercise room on site. Wireless Internet access and fax. Beach chairs and umbrella setup included March thru October. Fully equipped kitchen has granite counter tops and breakfast bar with four bar chairs...providing plenty of seating along with dining set. All bedrooms have private bathrooms; master bedroom has a king bed, middle bedroom has a queen bed and the ''kid friendly' room has surfing theme & artwork (it has bunk beds with a twin top, full size bottom and trundle bed underneath to sleep four), and sofa sleeper.You'll want to return every year to this upscale condo on the spectacular soft, white sand beaches of the 'Emerald Coast'!!

Great Family Condo

The condo is even more beautiful in person. It was clean, well kept, and very roomy. The beach infront of the Island Princess Building was beautiful, not over crowded and clean. Keri was excellent to work with and kept me up todate with e-mails. I would highly recommend this condo and hope that we will return soon. Our daughter loved the Gulfarium (we did too)! We had fantastic seafood at Old Bay Steamers and The Black Pearl.

Great condo!

The condo was awesome,when we first got there our entry code was wrong but one call to Randy got us right in. Very nicely decorated,spacious and great location. No ocean view because of the dunes, but the location and unit itself made up for it. No elevators, walked out the door to the pool,only few steps to the beach. Dealing with Keri was also reassuring. Being from SC renting sight unseen, only "pics" was a little nerve racking for me but she was very trusting, did not disappoint.Would highly recommend it.

I just wanted to let know what a WONDERFUL time we had in Ft Walton Beach! The condo was awesome, better than expected! Everything was perfect fromt the beach chair service to the stocked kitchen and comfortable beds! We loved it.

I will keep your info for future reference. I am sure we will visit again.

Awesome place!!

I would definitely recommend this condo to any friend. It was just as described and perfect for us. We had three small children that loved their decorated room. It was very convenient not having to wait for elevators with just a short walk to the beach. Property was clean and well maintained, and we were able to check in a couple hours early. This location was just close enough to Destin with an easy drive for shopping and more restaurant choices. WE definitely plan on going back!!!

I just wanted to let you know we greatly enjoyed the condo! Thank you so much for sharing it with us. We absolutely loved the location on the first floor, so close to the beach.You have done a wonderful job decorating and it was well furnished for cooking, which we did quite a bit.
There was no oil but the sea weed was something to contend with! It didn't hinder us though, we had a wonderful time. Thanks again.
