Private entrance, porch, private fenced yard and deck. Side entrance apartment in large private historic home in Eastport Annapolis. Just 2 blocks from 5 restaurants plus deli, marinas, cafe and water taxi. No pets, non smoking. $1800 including TV, Internet, Gas & Electric and Water. Or... $1500 plus utilities. 3 month minimum rental. Yard maintained by owner. Street parking in front of apartment
