  • Cancellation Policy: A 30 day cancellation notice is required for full refund. If notice is not given 30 days in advance of the arrival date, the 50% deposit will become a cancellation fee.
    Deposits: 50% deposit upon booking. Balance due 60 days before arrival date. Holiday weeks and weekends must be paid in full at time of booking..
    Other Fees: *$125.00 non-refundable cleaning fee will be added to the total amount of the rental fee
    Other Policies: Children under the age of 16 must be supervised at all times by an adult while in the pool area. Any and all damages to the property must be reported to the owner and will be the responsibility of the renter.

Outstanding Visit to Palm Desert.

My family and I were fortunate enough to find this oustanding home. It turned out to meet all of our needs and more. Very Zen feel, from the moment we go settled. Very private, clean and well appointed. Spent many hours in the sun filled backyard, the pool was fantastic and the high end BBQ made for some awesome meals. We strongly recommend this rental the transaction was smooth and professional. Thank you, Dr. Harris
