You are invited to enjoy the fine dining, art galleries, entertainment/nightlife, and the exclusive shopping Fifth Avenue and Third Street have to offer. You will never need a car. Jump on the bikes and ride through Old Naples enjoying the charm that only Naples can offer. End your day with the Magnificent Sunset !!!!! Welcome to Old Naples.

This home is professionally decorated and through a series of sliding glass doors opens to a private secluded pool and Lanai.

The Master Bedroom is well appointed with fine linens, his and her closets as well as a large Master Bath.

  • The Master Bath is very large with recently updated cabinets/fixtures. The shower and the tub are separate. Also, there are separate his and her vanities and sinks. The ladies sink provides a vanity area as well.

Notes: There are 2 living areas. Pictured is the main living space, the Family Room. Also in this home is a Living Room which is co-located with the dining room. The living room area does have a pull out sofa. In the kitchen, there is a separate eating area with a table and 4 chairs. Also, there is a counter eating area that accommodates 2 bar stools. Between the kitchen and Family room is a wet bar.

I stayed at this beautiful house with my family for a week and it was a great vacation. It is a beautiful and comfortable home, great pool, one block from the Guld of Mexico and 2 blocks from the Old Naples shops and restaurants. We highly recommend it to families or couples.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers
