This beautiful retreat is less than 1 1/2 hrs from Atlanta and is the perfect place to unwind. The gorgeous Lake Blue Ridge is pure mountain beauty with the added feature of skiing and fishing. Hiking trails and whitewater rafting are also available, as well as shopping and horseback riding. Fall and Spring are exceptional times to visit and obviously the summertime is perfect for enjoying the lake. The home also features a beautiful sleeping porch and has an outdoor fireplace to share stories on a cool night.

we traveled well over 13 hours to get here and it was worth every mile!!!
shared a week with family friends and had such a great time, would love to come back again in the fall or anytime for that matter

What a treasure!

It's true -- the pictures don't do this house justice. The home was the perfect size for our family of four and the owners welcomed our small dog. The location is breath taking (we stayed over Thanksgiving), can't imagine how beautiful in the spring/summer! All the designer details made us feel spoiled in the midst of the mountains. Took a long nap on the queen size bed on the sleeping porch and thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor fireplace roasting s'mores and talking for hours on the deck. Fishing right down the steps, lots of comfy spots for reading and relaxing. Just a heavenly spot for adventure or resting. We definately hope to return and I would recommend without hesitation. We have rented often and this is one home we would return to as a favorite.
