Photos and Description of the South Seas Club Marco Island vacation condo rental 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, sleeps 4. King and Queen beds. No sofa sleeper.

Walk into Paradise! As you enter the condo, you see the Gulf of Mexico through the living room glass door. Sail boats are in the distance. Walking onto the balcony, you can watch the bathers in the heated pool. You might even see someone flying a kite on the beach below. The condo is in excellent condition. It was recently remodeled, incl new furniture. Simply ride down the elevator, walk past the pool, and through the locked gate and you are on the beautiful, clean, white sand of Marco Island. Sunsets here are spectacular! The condo is fully equipped. All you need is your swimsuit, clothes, and food. Listen to the ocean breeze as you rest in a king bed in the Master bedroom with its private bath and walk-in shower. Guests occupy a queen bed with an adjacent bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The private balcony runs the width of the living room and master bedroom. Tennis courts, boat docks, fitness center, & Internet are available on site. Sorry, pets are not allowed. No smoking

Our condo is part of a 55 acre community called South Seas. The high rise buildings are four tall towers directly over looking the water. Our condo is in the fourth tower, South Seas North West. It is about a 20 minute ride to Naples, 45 minutes to Fort Myers,1 1/2 hours to Miami, 3 hours to Tampa, and 4 hours to Ocala.

A panoramic view of the white platinum beach and the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico can be seen from the Master Bedroom. It has its own private bath with a walk-in shower. There is a TV and DVD in the Master Bedroom. A blackout curtain is available for those who like it really dark for sleeping.The Master Bedroom has a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a new queen bed with an adjacent bathroom in the hall. The hall bath has a tub/shower combination. Having recently been remodeled, both bathrooms are in excellent condition. A hair dryer is in each bathroom. All linens are provided, including beach towels, beach chairs, and umbrella. Iron and ironing board are provided.

You will enjoy wonderful weather and warm ocean breezes from the condo balcony. A walk on the beach at sunset soothes even the most restless soul. BBQ facilities, volleyball, small boat rentals, snorkeling/diving equipment and Tigertail Bird Sanctuary are within walking distance on the beach. There is fun for all ages or quiet solitude on this beautiful island.

Regretfully, no pets, no smoking.: The condo regulations do not allow any pets. We, the owners, do not allow smoking within the condo. Smoking is available of the large balcony overlooking the pool and straight out at the Gulf of Mexico.

Golf: Public golf clubs are within 20 minutes by car.

The complex is beautiful, the condo is very clean and well maintained. The view is gorgeous, loved the beach. As soon as you walk in the condo you can see out to the ocean. No complaints, we would definitely stay here again.
