Are you tired of overly crowded beaches and want to pamper yourself with the luxury and elegance you deserve? Look no further! Grandview East is a low density condo, that gives you an intimate (closer to beach than any other condo) beach front setting on the white sugary sands, on Long Beach at Panama City Beach. We are centrally located and convenient to restaurants, theater, shopping, amusement parks, and yes! Walmart is close. We have professionally decorated our vacation home, in a Tommy Bahama style look. It has all the upscale amenities one could dream of! Among these are TV's and DVD's in every room, stereo, CD players, 10' ceilings, granite counter tops throughout, stainless steel appliances, gourmet style kitchen, tile floors, salon bath with Jacuzzi tub for 2. The master bedroom has access to the balcony with breathtaking views of the ocean from bed. Separate laundry room with w/d. Fabulous views of beach and ocean from kitchen and great room.

The condo is beautiful and the location is perfect for whatever you would like to do. Great local restaurants, beaches, mini-golf, golf courses, shopping, etc.

We had 4 adults and 4 children (14, 11, 11 and 3) in the condo and we were never in each others way, plenty of room for all.

We had a great family vacation.

This condo is absolutely gorgeous. Everything is top of the line- but the master bed sheets are to die for! We had such a wonderful time here, we can't wait to come back. The views are amazing, and it is really only steps to the beach where your umbrella and chaise lounges are waiting for you each morning.We enjoyed this trip twice as much as our recent trip to the Dominican Republic at a fraction of the cost! See you next year!
