San Lorenzo is a luxury villa in an exclusive neighborhood. The historic San Lorenzo monastery is a five-minute walk from the villa, as is downtown San Lorenzo, with its own royal theater, summer outdoor opera, and wonderful restaurants such as the famous Charoles or Las Viandas. A two minute walk will bring you to wonderful trails for hiking and biking at the Abantos hills.

San Lorenzo is a spacious stone house (900 square meters) surrounded by lovely gardens. Inside, the furnishings are a mix of traditional and modern, and the ambience is inviting.

On the ground floor is a spacious living room with a fireplace, a dining room with a large table that can seat 16, a well-equipped industrial kitchen with dishwasher, and a solarium. There is a large laundry room with a washing machine. Upstairs are six bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.
