Excellent Dining Facilities: Restaurants abound from the likes of Burger King, KFC, Wendy's and Dominos to themed restaurants and the very exclusive. Chillis at Champions Gate, Applebees, Beef O'Bradys and Cracker Barrel are all 5 minutes away with Carabbas, Olive Garden, Boston Lobster Feast, Golden Corral, Fulton's Crab House, Kobe Japanese, Red Lobster are all within easy driving distance. .Many local restaurants and take aways will deliver to your door at no extra charge.

Shopping: There is a large Publix, take away food outlets, nail bar, bank and ATM just two miles north on US27. Outlet shops abound selling designer clothing, furnishings, electronic and photographic, sports and golf equipment.

I have stayed at the Dolphins twice now with my family and would not hestitate to stay there again.

The villa is immaculate, very well kept and spotlessly clean!

I have always found the owner most helpful along with the management company too, they go out of their way to assist you, excellent customer service.

Definitely would recommend for anyone to stay here.

DOLPHINS

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday in Florida. We were lucky enough to stay at Dolphins which was a lovely Villa. The location is perfect, near to the attractions but far enough away from the hustle and bustle to spend quiet evenings by the pool.
The owners Caroline & Bob were very helpful with the booking and helping me to arrange for medical equipment I needed to rent during our stay. I am a wheelchair user and although there are not any special adaptons to the property I found easy access around the Villa and the shower is big enough to use a shower wheelchair.
The villa was very clean and had all the ingredients to make it a "home from home".
The flexible checking out time was very helpful as we were able to stay there most of the day before our flight instead of "kicking our heels" with too much time to wait around.
We would certainly recommend "Dolphins" for a perfect holiday home.

The Dolphin in Calabay Parc, Davenport Fl

We rented this lovely villa from January 3rd to April 3rd 2009. What a nice home away from home. This home is well equipped with lots of nice pool towels, two sets of sheets for every bed, lots of bath towels. The kitchen has everything you could want to make your own meals. We found the villa clean and well maintained. It has a large deck area with 4 loungers, a large table and lots of chairs to maximize our enjoyment of the pool area. To our surprise, the owner and the property management company were very responsive to our initial problem with the internet and sent a technician to resolve the problem. This being out 5th house in Florida, our experience with property manager has not been good up to now. This villa is close to Disney and all the other attractions. I would rent this villa again.
