Directions: The easiest and most direct route is to take TN State Route 66 South at Exit 407 on I40. This exit is about 15 miles east of Knoxville. Take 66 to Sevierville to US 441 South in Sevierville. Take US 441 to Gatlinburg. US 441 is the Parkway in Gatlinburg. Turn right at the first traffic light after the Parkway and River Rd fork (River Rd forks to the right), you will be on Cherokee Orchard Rd. Go straight for 2 1/2 blocks and take the Baskin Ck fork to the left. After taking the left fork on Baskin Ck Rd go 1/2 block and take a left onto Woliss Ln. You will see Baskin Ck Condo on the left. Go straight on Woliss Ln and you will see the drive through check in area. If you need directions, call 865-430-7554.

Added Attractions: 1) Dolly Wood in Pigeon Ford about 8 miles from condo. 2) Ripley's Aquarium about 4 blocks from condo.

Two of us were in town to find a large house for a cousins reunion in May. This condo was our base of operation. At the end of the day it is all about the bed. Extreemely comfortable - great nights sleep to continue the adventure. We loved everything starting with contacting Sherley who is just the nicest person.

The gal at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The condo and the complex are spotlessly clean. Spaces in the condo were large enough to be inviting and comfortable, We ate in every night, the kitchen provided enough items to get the job done.

Located close enough to everything but not in the middle of the madness on main street.

We have traveled extensively and I will recomend this unit and complex to anyone who will listen.

This place has it all & the owner is fantastic. The complex is outstanding , its extremely well kept, covered parking, shuttle service at the front lobby, & the location is ideal. This unit is lovely & decorated beautifully! Everything you need is there.You feel special & welcome when you enter Mrs Shirley's place. We go at least twice a year & will never settle for another.

Great space for the price

My husband, son, and I stayed two nights at this condo. It was within easy walking distance of everything we wanted to do in Gatlinburg, and it was so nice to have the space to spread out. Except for my son's pack 'n play, we hardly used the second bedroom, but the living/dining/kitchen area was spacious and a welcome change from a cramped hotel room. The condo was clean and well cared for with a well equipped kitchen. For anyone familiar with Gatlinburg, the condo is only a few blocks from the back entrance to the Village. We would love to stay here again on future visits to Gatlinburg.

Wonderful Accomodations

My family stayed at this condo in 2007 and loved every minute of it. It was within a couple of blocks of downtown Gatlinburg but far enough away for peace and quiet. The condo itself was very nice and immaculate. My children enjoyed the pool very much as well. I will definately stay there again and recommend it to others.

A Perfect Getaway

A lovely condo, very clean, tasteful furnishings, wonderful view. We always eat in - the kitchen was nice and well stocked with necessary cooking items. A wonderful place to rest and relax. Close enough to town to walk if you are are accustomed to walking. The porch was very pleasant for dining and reading. Too cool to use pool, but should be nice in the summer. Even though the condo faces on a fairly busy street, once inside the view of mountains was great and the brook a soothing sound. Were very pleased with service from rental agent.
