This luxurious villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an extra large heatable screened pool with lake view. The south facing proximity of the pool and deck area guarantees Florida sunshine throughout the day for 12 months of the year. It gives a feeling of tranquility and peace, as well as a high degree of privacy . There is a game room with pool table and Foosball. This luxury vacation home has been furnished throughout by professionals to the very highest standards and is beautifully decorated. The house is fully equipped with all the amenities of your own home and with everything we could need ourselves. There is a screened private heated pool with safety fence for your relaxation. The stunning pool and the extended deck is one of the largest offered by any house-builder in the region. We use a highly recommended Management Company with friendly, 24-hour support for our guests.

The villa is located in the Crescent Lakes community, a very peaceful location. As you drive or walk around the communities you will be able to appreciate a whole array of wildlife, yet you are only an easy 15 minute drive from Disney & other attractions. Even a 5 Minute scenic drive will take you to Wal-Mart and other shops in the local town of Poinciana. In the opposite direction on the 192 you have a large variety of Restaurants to cater for all tastes, more Supermarkets and Gift shops.

Solivita, and the Oaks golf club plus numerous other golf courses are near by. Horseback/trail riding, The Nature Conservancy trails, Kissimmee Lake front park with boat trips, rentals, fun water fountains, children's playgrounds are good options for non park days. Visit Kennedy space center and Cocoa Beach - 1 hour away. St. Petersburg and Clearwater are 1 and 1/2 hour drive
