'All View' is a single family residence located in Sunday River's exclusive Powder Ridge development. This custom log home offers panoramic views of all of Sunday River's eight mountain peeks. You will find yourself enjoying the large, open, cathedral living with fieldstone fireplace, custom log dining table and leather furnishings. Open style gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, dishwasher and island seating for four. Two bedrooms on the entry level, one with a queen size log bed and the second with bunkbeds, twin on top and a queen on the bottom. Master bedroom suite and balcony offer private computer area, king size log bed, 42' inch flat screen HDTV, jacuzzi and marble shower. The lower level offer a bunkbed, queen size bed and family room with a leather sleep sofa. Entertainment center, ping-pong, foosball and full bath with laundry are also located on this level. Two sets of sliding glass doors lead to your outdoor, eight -person jacuzzi with great views of Sunday River

ALL VIEW is located 2 miles from the South Ridge base lodge. Also included is a parking pass for South Ridge which allows you to park directly in front of the lodge until 10 am. A fully automatic propane generator provides non-interupted service in the event of a power outage. All bedrooms feature cable TV.

Wireless connectivity is provided. Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. A Webber BBQ grill is also available.

This home was beautifully appointed. It was spotless and very well maintained. The owners were very flexible to work with and nicely concerned about our stay. The kitchen was a gourmet type with nice appliances and cookware. We did not lack for anything. Everything worked well. My family was quite comfortable and we had plenty of space for privacy or group activity. The location was close to all activities. We did so much while we were there to take full advantage of the wonderful location. The skiing was amazing; Sunday River is friendly and a top notch ski area. Nice little secret in Maine.

FANTASTIC!!! This home is accurately described (actually BETTER than the pictures/words tell you!). Exceptionally clean and well maintained. The owners - Sally & Steve - were very nice and made sure to stop by upon our check-in to make sure we were OK and answer any questions. I would HIGHLY recommend this home to anyone. Comfort is the name of the game in this home...

My group is thinking I am a genius for finding this home. I can honestly say that we have never been in a home as comfortable and clean as yours (we have been doing this annual ski trip for many years - some as much as 20 or more!). We had NO complaints (and for 11 women - that's saying something!).

We felt welcome as soon as we stepped thru the door until the time we left. I am already looking into where we will be headed next year for our annual trek....Many voted to come right back to your home - and others were wondering how to try out different ski areas and just BRING your home along with us!!!!

Anyone who rents this home will NOT be disappointed..

Spectacular House at Sunday River Maine

This is a beautiful, fun house with wonderful decorations and a fantastic vue of Sunday River ski trails. The 6 adults and 2 children in our party were very comfortable. We cooked in the well equipped kitchen. Some of us made use of the Bethel Inn for lunch, a swim in the pool, and cross country skiing. The rest loved the Sunday River downhill skiing. At night we played ping pong, soaked in the outdoor hot tub, and watched movies supplied by the host. The owners answered our Emails promptly and provided a book that answered many of our questions and suggested restaurants. I would recommend this property to anyone.
