Large charming lake front home with access to summer boat dock located only steps from the first-floor exit. The home has 4 bedrooms, two baths and will sleep 8 comfortably. Washer and dryer. Game room down stairs and large sun room upstairs that overlooks Walloon Lake. Parking space available for 2 vehicles. BBQ and large lawn area are right outside the door. The house is surrounded by a forest of birch, maple and oak trees on one side and Walloon Lake on the other. The lake is crystal clear teal blue and is spring fed with a soft, sandy bottom. Great for water skiing, tubing, or fishing. Fully Furnished and very clean. Casual, comfortable decor. 20 min to Petosky; 25 min to Charlevoix.. Pets considered with deposit. Weekly rental in the summer; 3-mo min for winter (Sep - May) Close to Mackinac Island., Boyne Ski aea, Harbor Springs, Bay Harbor, Traverse City. Truly relaxing.

Walloon Lake is one of the cleanest and prettiest lakes in all of the world. It is a semi-private lake so there are fewer other people on the water. Swimming, water skiing and fishing are at your doorstep. The home comes complete with a boat dock and boats may be launched just a couple miles down the road at Bear Cove Marina, which also rents boats. The house is surrounded by a birch, maple & oak forest on one side and Walloon Lake on the other. There is a large spacious and relaxing grass lawn area for summer fun & relaxing. Drive to Petosky or Charlevoix in 20-30 minutes. Enjoy the many sites and activities down the road or take a day-trip to stunning Macinac Island. Lots of great shopping & dining at Bay Harbor, Petoskey Gas Light District, and Harbor Springs. 5 miles off US 31.
