Penthouse with perfect view of the ocean from two levels. Large balcony, sun deck off the upper master bedroom. Great for families with kids or two couples sharing. Privacy as each bedroom is on a separate floor and this unit has two bathrooms! New air conditioners . there is a huge 70' TV/DVD/VCR/CD surround sound on the main floor. 21 inch TV/DVD, VCR in the master bedroom and 13 inch TV in the kitchen. Wi-Fi Internet access available. There are loungers at the pool and palapa's on the beach This is not a hotel - all the units are privately owned and mostly unoccupied except for when the owners come for their vacations. The complex is private and secure with 24-hour security on site and has a mini-mart open from 7-11 daily; beer, snacks, food items, etc. available. The pools are well maintained and clean! Pool and beach are never crowded! Tennis court. The unit has a full kitchen Linens and towels provided. Restaurants and bars are a short walk, bus, or taxi away.

We had an incredible stay at Anna's place. It was great for 2 couples, and we have a 20 mo old child who also had a blast. The views from upstairs are incredible, and the pool area and beach are great. The beach area out front were never crowded. We felt very safe there, and met many very nice people. It was very easy to get around with the bus line running right out fron. We will definitely stay there again! Thanks Anna!

We loved staying here, 24hr security, small market on site, this condo worked perfect for two couples and the view was better that we could have possibly imagined. It was as described in add plus more and, it was very clean. The complex it's self was very quiet and everyone we met (residents and staff) and talked to were very friendly and helpful. I can not imagine staying someplace else on a return trip. The owners were some of the most delightful people I have ever met, no issues, no hassles and helpful in every way, right down to touring information. It was very easy to relax here and I can not wait to return. We did not need a car -as the bus runs right in front of the complex and that was an added bonus as we were out everyday. Thanks so much Anna and Michael for sharing your home with us, making us feel welcome, comfortable and at home. I feel like I made 2 new friends, we will return it just won't be as soon as we would like too!
