First off, this property was beautiful. Anna was very nice and helpful. The condo was right on the beach. The only things to consider is the stairs from the downstairs to the bedroom upstairs was very steep. If you like to get drunk, or have problems with stairs you might want to consider this before renting. The place was very clean, showers, lights and air conditioning all worked. One thing I frowned upon, the rental ad said one price for the week, Anna said it was available and to pay her through paypal. I sent her the money and she responded very sarcastically the the property was more expensive for the week, that every place around was that price for New Years. I responded very politely she had not clarified the price with me and I would be happy to give her the remainder. She also brought it up again when we were there that I had messed up on the price, but it was all you Anna. Another thing, she might try to get you to override the 10% paypal fee, if you opt not to, she wants more money I called paypal and they informed me this was not how it works, she needs to include the 10% fee in the price, Anna it is up to you to pay out of the rental price not me being charged an additional fee after all is said and done. So watch out for that.
