Property is located on Beach Rd on Back Lake. Year - round enjoyment: snowmobiling trails, steps away from fishing, hunting and just minutes from the famous Moose Alley. Also nearby are the pristine Connecticut Lakes and the Balsams Wilderness Ski Area. Includes drive through 24x24 garage to keep your sleds dry and ready to go in the winter. Well known Tall Timber Lodge Restaurant/Bar within walking distance.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Max of 6 people. Friday and Saturday are rented as one for $450. Weekday nights are $175 per night and requires a 2 night stay minimum. Weekly rate is $1,200, also open to discuss a seasonal rate. Security Deposit of $100 Plus 50% of total stay will be expected at time of Booking and balance will be expected one week prior to stay. Security deposit will be refunded 1 week after stay.
  • Special holiday rates are for 12/24/09 - 1/2/10 & 2/1 - 3/1 with a weekly rate of $1,500.

Relax and Enjoy the Great North Woods: Home is set directly across from Back Lake on a paved road maintained by the town. In winter you will have direct access to the snowmobile trails located right behind the house. Keep your sleds in the drive through garage, safe and secure at night. In summer, enjoy the great fishing on Back Lake, atv trails only a short ride down the road to access, take a hike up to the great Magalloway fire tower or cool off at the beach only steps away on Back Lake.
