We are twelve minutes from Disney, three minutes from Champions Gate golf course and shopping centre which includes supermarket, McDonald's, Italian restaurant, Chinese restaurant, liquor store, DVD/games rentals. Minutes from several other golf courses. Five minutes from the Interstate 4, allowing easy access to Orlando and Universal studios is only 25 minutes away. The Gulf coast is just over an hour away. This is a quiet residential estate with communal play area and pool. Briargrove residents are a very friendly community. The secluded pool is electrically heated and is not overlooked as it is fenced and on a good sized plot. Our home is typically Floridian.

First time home renters

We had a great time thanks to this very clean and family friendly home, as our first time renting a house I was nervous but Liz was great with all my questions and all was wonderful, I will be passing this home onto friends as a place for them someday.

Home from home May 2011

We stayed here for 2 weeks and had a great time its a little home from home. We loved the pool which i have to say was very clean. The house is lovely a bit dated but very nice indeed and very well kept. Great toy room for the little ones. Great location, 5 mins from supermarket, 15 min froms Disney. What more could you ask for. Would definately book this villa again. Thanks to Liz (the owner) any questions I had were answered promptly and very helpfull. Would recommend this villa.

Great location!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! The house had just about everything we needed, and the grocery store was a very short drive away for any additional items (i.e. paper products, soaps). Only a 10 minute drive to the Disney parks, about 15 - 20 minutes to Universal, and 25 minutes to the airport (traffic was very light our whole stay). We enjoyed the pool, too! It was nice to have a place to relax after spending all day at the parks. We would definitely come back for another stay!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Have recently got back from Florida and we had the best holiday! The house was lovely and the swimming pool a wonderful relief after a busy day at the parks. It was in a peaceful area and not overlooked by other neighbours. The location was perfect for all the Disney theme parks and there were plenty of good restaurants, shops, etc closeby. The house was very well maintained.
I would highly recommend this property and will stay again next time we go.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

EXCELLENT SEJOUR

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette région, la maison est à 15 min de la plus part des parcs, elle est très confortable, la piscine agréable, nos 4 enfants ont profité d'un bon repos mais aussi des jeux fournis comme agrément. Tout s'est très bien passé pour le paiement et le retour de la caution. Merci beaucoup à Liz très attentionnée pour notre séjour.
