We are twelve minutes from Disney, three minutes from Champions Gate golf course and shopping centre which includes supermarket, McDonald's, Italian restaurant, Chinese restaurant, liquor store, DVD/games rentals. Minutes from several other golf courses. Five minutes from the Interstate 4, allowing easy access to Orlando and Universal studios is only 25 minutes away. The Gulf coast is just over an hour away. This is a quiet residential estate with communal play area and pool. Briargrove residents are a very friendly community. The secluded pool is electrically heated and is not overlooked as it is fenced and on a good sized plot. Our home is typically Floridian. WE NOW HAVE INTERNET ACCESS.

HOLIDAY OF A LIFETIME!!

This was our first holiday to Florida and we had the best time. The house was in a lovely quiet location, but close to all amenities and the parks. Home from home - clean and well maintained, the kids loved the pool. The owner was so helpful - couldn't have asked for anything more. Definitely recommend you to stay there. We would love to go again and would stay at the same house.

The house is very nice, and everything you could need is provided. It was located very near a shopping center, but far enough away to be in a quiet neighborhood. The whole stay was a pleasure!

I would highly recommend this property. Situated on a lovely quiet residential estate, we were not on top of each other as some of these new estates are. 10 mins to Disney parks and other attractions, it was perfect.
The house has been redecorated and the photos on the website don't do it justice.
On dealing with the owners, they couldn't have been more helpful.
I will be staying there on my next vacation without doubt.

From the moment we entered the door we knew we were are home for the week. The house is so welcoming and relaxing. Our children had plenty of room to switch bedrooms, one even contributed a Scooby doll to the Scooby Room.
The pool is magnificent! That may have been our favorite memory from the home.
The property is situatied just minutes from Orlando and less than an hour from Tampa.
It was perfect!! The owner had excellent comunnication with me on every question I asked her. She even sent maps of the area so we could get around.
