    $100.00 per apartment CLEANING FEE WILL BE CHARGED IF: the kitchen is not clean, dishes are not clean and put back and if garbage is left in the apartments, or for smoking in the unit.

    Cancellations
    # In the event you should decide to cancel the reservation, a 10% cancellation fee will be withheld from the total of the booking if you cancel 48 hours after booking. *

    If the cancellation is made after a period of time longer than 48 hours after booking there will be no refund. You will be charged a 10% cancellation fee and the remaining balance can be used for up to one year after the date of the booking.**

    No refund, and no credit will be given for no shows, or cancellations made 48 hours before the check in time, or anytime thereafter.

    *Exception last minute bookings, made 48 hours, or less before check in, in which case there will be no refund, and no credit given.

the great apartment ! !

I cannot say enough good things about the SP Suites - Chicago: fabulous location and great views; bright clean kitchenette; bright clean bathroom; bright clean room nicely furnished with double bed , but certainly not least, reasonably priced. Oh, and a few blocks from all the great restaurants and shops on Main Street.
And to boot, the staff,Ellena ,Relu were really tremendously helpful. We had a (much needed) GREAT weekend. thanks in no small measure to SP Suites - Chicago. (this is a furnished apt to let; not a hotel - but we liked that about it)

quite a unique neighborhood set up. this building is one of about a dozen new skyscrapers surrounding a modern park within walking distance to mp and michigan ave....go ahead and google "lakeshore east" for a better description of this area. the views from our unit and the park below were spectacular and the condo included everything we needed including a couple rollaway beds for the kids. we were able to park underneath the building, check in early and use all the amenities as described.

We arrived in Chicago from the UK and eventually found the apartment.It is about a 15 minute walk to downtown, shops and restaurants. After a long flight we were ready for a good night sleep but found there was no linen at all in the entire apartment. We couldn't have a shower or wash because there were no towels and no bedding so didn't have a good first night. We had to buy towels and sheets the following day!! There is no indication on the website to suggest if linen should have been provided. (check before you go). The keys provided did not include the fob for access to the pool business suite etc and there was no information at all in the apartment for the facilities or where to go in Chicago. Apartment was clean and tidy but not much more. We enjoyed Chicago though.
