Lovely 3 bedroom house. Newly renovated, fully furnished and well equipped. Living room. Dining room and kitchen areas. Large bonus room with pool table and ping-pong table. Wifi DSL Internet, satellite TV, plowing, heat and utilities included. Located on a horse farm between Killington and Sugarbush ski areas. Great area for cross country skiing, horseback riding, walking, and snowmobiling. Vast trail network goes through the property. One mile from scenic town center and restaurants, on well maintained Route 100. There is a public golf course and public tennis courts in town. Centrally located. Long White River frontage on property for summer fishing and swimming, winter x-country skiing. Very easy winter access. Horse back riding lessons are available, the property has a large indoor arena. Massage Therapist available on site.

Nearest Airport: Burlington at 60 Miles
Nearest Train: Rutland at 30 Miles

Very comfortably furnished large house. There is a mudroom, living room, dining room and kitchen. four bedrooms with double beds, one pull out couch. Located between Killington and Sugarbush, 25 minutes to either ski area. There are cross country ski trails along the White River at the back of the property. Great area for snowmobiling, hiking, riding and biking. The vast trail system goes through the property. Plowing is included. For horseback riders, there is a barn, pasture and indoor arena on the property as well as access to trails. Two miles from lovely village center with fine dining, pub, cafes, market, library, art gallery and more. Dogs are allowed, there is a fenced yard for dogs.

There is also a fenced pasture, stalls, tack room and an indoor arena if you want to bring your horse, up to two horses maximum. Excellent horseback riding, walking, biking and x-country trails, some of the best in Vermont. On site Massage Therapist possible, if available. Horse back riding lessons available on our Welsh Cob horses.
