Availability : I update the availability calendar about once per week. If this home is booked, you can still call or email about availability. I have other vacation homes in the area and I also have friends who have similar sized homes that may fit your needs.
Pet Policy : There is a one time charge of $100 to bring your pets. Some people are allergic so you can ask when the last time a guest was at the house with a pet. This only happens about once a year since most of my guests are flying in from overseas or from the other side of the country.

My wife and I love to travel and stay in unique places and experience new things. I like to provide that experience for others. I think staying in a vacation home allows people to experience a city or destination as though you lived there full time. Because, essentially you are living there, albeit briefly. I want people to walk away from San Francisco with the fond memory of what it is like for locals on a daily basis. And, I want people to return to the city I call home.
When I first saw this house, I loved the skyline views from the master bedroom loft. The location of this home and where it sits on the hillside, you can see, when it is not foggy, the Golden Gate Bridge to the west, the down town skyline to the north, and the east bay to the east. The high ceilings and many windows create an open feel and I love the light this home provides.
This home would be great for a visit to San Francisco. A large playground is located only two blocks away. Whole Foods market is only 3 blocks away. Moscone Center is only about 2 miles away.
