We stayed for the week of New Years and it could not have been a better house/location. Love the fact that it has a private beach and tennis courts. Also really liked that it was only a short 10-15 min to town/marina. Everything you would need is provided, and the house is big enough that everyone had their own room & bathroom.

I was pleasently surprised by how well secure the neighborhood is, and how nice the front gate staff was.

We'll definitely be returning to Casa Lanikai
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

We really enjoyed your home in Cabo. The location worked well for us, we did not even rent a car. It is high enough on the hill that you have a great view of the bay, but low enough that you can walk to the house with out to much effort. The area that this house is in is extremely quiet. The house a nice fun feel with out being so fancy that you feel that you are going to break something. Everything worked from showers, radio, tv, etc... I would stay at this house again, if I was taking my wife or some buddies that just wanted to have a good time.

Jim and Valerie, just returned and want to thank you for renting us your magnificant home. It was all you advertised. We thoroughly enjoyed the week. It's been a number of years (33 or so) since I'd visited Cabo. The town has clearly grown enormously. We had no difficulties. A couple coffee cups were broken which I replaced, and I trust you'll find all in good shape when you head down that way. Warm regards and have a superb, happy New Year, hank chiles
