Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6)

This newly decorated, young condo has direct boating access to the gulf and the intercoastal. You can enjoy fishing or restaurant hopping while docking your boat out your lanai door. (1st come). For a relaxing afternoon, try lying at the condo pool or over the bridge to the public Englewood beach,(margaritas at the Lock and Key are wonderful after a day of sunning!).

The absolute best is waking up to the beautiful waterfront setting nature has provided right out your back door, having breakfast on the lanai then spending the day at Boca Grande. 'We are just so very relaxed here and loving your view of Oyster Creek estuary. The baby eaglets have flown the nest, and we see them soaring quite often along with their parents. We also sighted three otters here in the dock area early one morning---quite a nice surprise'! as quoted recently by a guest.

After, head back home for a few drinks and appetizers at the pool or your lanai, then to Farlows on the Bay for dinner and local entertainment.

Keeping the kids busy will not be hard, (I have three) they can swim to their hearts content in the pool or at the beach, play miniature golf or canoe/kayak at captain Marions, just down the street.

Shopping galore in Venice is just a short drive, while the guys in your life schedule some deep sea fishing for the day. With so many fun things to do, you will fill a week or two with wonderful activities(or none at all!).

The Condo it beautifully furnished and stocked with every little thing a family or couple would need. You will love it here!

The view from the patio and the living room overlooked the water.
The Condo is centrally located in Englewood. There is a breakfast place
“The Egg and I” located only about ¼ mile down the road. The Blue Lagoon
Restaurant is across the street.

On S. Mcall there is a Mama's Pizza and a Papa Don's Pizza along with the Publix Grocery store. All are about 1 mile up the road. Englewood Beech is only about 5 minutes away or 4 Miles.

The first day we were there we watched fish jumping on the water, some looked to be over 4 lbs. The next day I went to Wal-Mart and bought fishing poles
and a fishing license. Over the next 2 days we caught about 10 fish.

This is a very relaxing condo I highly recommend it.

Christmas getaway

We spend the Christmas holiday at this condo. The condo was very clean and well maintained, as was the entire complex. It was very comfortable even with six of us staying together (my husband and myself, our 2 kids, and my in-laws). We enjoyed having adequate space to prepare meals. The location was ideal. The pool was perfect for the kids (warm). The condo complex was nicely set away from the main roads, even though Publix was only about a mile away. Our oldest (7 yrs) was able to test out the scooter he received for Christmas. Highlights for me were looking for shark teeth on the Englewood Beach and renting bikes to cycle around Boca Grande. I would definitely return.
Recommended for:  Sightseeing, Families with Young Children

We had a wonderful time in this condo. Very nice set up and location. We spend a lot of time on the lanai looking at the waters and watching fish jumping. Close to the beach and we found a great restaurant in called Fallows on the Water. Fantastic. I only wish the snorkelling was better. I will most likely return again. Dawn & Bob
