The Firefly Beach House is situated on a piece of land between the Manistee River and Lake Michigan. You can even view 700 foot freighters out your kitchen window! This wonderful location allows you to take a very short walk to the beach, lighthouse, or pier. This location can truly be enjoyed year round. Additional information about rental rates

  • A check or money order of 50% of your total reservation rate is due within 7 days of reservation.
  • A $350 Refundable Security Deposit is required at the time of full payment. The balance of the rental amount and the damage/security deposit is due 30 days prior to arrival. This will be refunded within 14 – 21 days after departure. If applicable, there is a Dog fee of $250 which is in addition to the security deposit and is non-refundable.
    Cancellation Policy: The cancellation schedule is as follows: Cancellation 30 days or more prior to arrival is subject to a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellation 14-29 days prior to arrival is subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of total stay. Cancellation 13-0 days prior to arrival is subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of total stay (no refund).
