Second time is a charm

As the name implies, this was our second vacation to Maggie Valley. The weather was perfect, low 80's and it rained once. Take a trip to Lake Lure, approx drive one hour, kids will love jumping off the boat. Chimney Mountain was beautiful but,be prepared for a steep walk. White water rafting is a must do, if you've never experienced it! Our six yr old had a blast. The house is beautiful with plenty of room to relax. We are looking forward to next summer.

Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful home! We spent the week and had a great time. The weather was gorgeous as were the views. We had 4 adults and 5 older teenagers. The boys enjoyed playing pool and plenty of bed space for all. The kids went ziplining in Pidgeon Forge and loved it. They "zipped" 9 lines (takes 1-1/2 hrs) and I thought it was worth the price. Our group goes to Maggie Valley every Thanksgiving and usually we stay up higher in the mountains. However, this place is so conveniently located...high enough with stunning views but oh so much easier getting in town! Thanks again! The Durdens & Harbs

lovely home with a wonderful view. Lots of room which was great since we had my son & his wife & 5 grandkids. You have to eat at Maggie's Galley just down the road in Waynesville. Everything was as advertised.......no disappointments..... except for the all week rain :(

A Great Place for a Summer Vacation!

My family and I stayed at Viewpoint for a week last summer and thoroughly enjoyed every minute! The view is spectacular and the accommodations were very comfortable. The location is very convenient to the Maggie Valley and Waynesville area. My daughter, son-in-law, 2 grandchildren and 2 of their school friends joined us and there was plenty of room for everybody. We heartily recommend Viewpoint for a stay -- except of course when we plan to come back next summer. ;~))
