The most relaxing place you could imagine is waiting for you this year. We love spending time at this resort complex and know you will too. We have put a great deal of thought in the total renovation that was completed this year. Seaside colors are cheerful and warm. The location of this first floor condo is perfect with the beautiful green of the first tee on the golf course and a fountain as your view. A screened patio is great for the morning coffee or the glass of wine or iced tea in the early evening. Just steps beyond the patio is an Olympic-size pool and just beyond the pool is the private unspoiled beach.

The condo offers a beautiful new kitchen, a very tastefully designed bathroom plus an extra sink and vanity in the dressing area . There' s plenty of seating in the living room and kitchen for you and your guests. For your entertainment there are games, a DVD, 2 remote TVs, VCR, stereo and DSL to stay in touch with your computer.

The choices of what to do are many

The ultimate in quiet and peaceful surroundings. Many fishing opportunities both salt water and fresh water - 23 championship golf courses within a 27 mile radius, -botanical gardens - museums - shopping in boutique shops and outlet malls - manatee and dolphin observation - bicycle paths and fabulous restaurants with the freshest seafood and unbelievable views. A 2 hour drive will take you to Orlando and the theme parks or Cape Canaveral for the space attractions.

An hour to the south is Palm Beach and many of the cultural options that it offers.

Many public parks are situated on the beach, the Indian River and inland.

Just staying in the resort complex offers you tennis, a 9 hole executive golf course, boccie court, exercise room, kiddie pool, 4 swimming pools, hot tub, AND a Tiki Bar/Cafe at poolside that serves a light lunch and drinks.
