Wonderful house

We really enjoyed our stay at this villa and found everything to our expectations. The house is really comfortable. It is located at a very quiet and safe resort. The rooms are big and there are plenty of bathrooms. The kitchen and dining areas were just right to accommodate all of our family members. The pool was wonderful (pool heating was the perfect advice so we got to enjoy it even at night when we came back from the parks –specially the hot tub which was great). Nights are quiet for good sleep. The house also has many other entertaining alternatives for the kids like PS2 and games room. Also free internet access was very convenient.
We had a great vacation at Christine´s home and definitely recommend it because it is comfortable, clean and very well maintained. It is just a few minutes away to all Disney and Sea World parks. It was really nice to have a relaxed breakfast every morning and then a “home made” meal when we came back from the parks. There are also a number of shopping alternatives close to the resort (not only for grocery shopping but also malls like the premium outlet).
Christine is really nice and always available for any enquiry, as well as her management company. Everything came out just fine during our stay and I recommend this house as a wonderful place to stay.

Fantastic Villa in a great location!

We stayed at Magic 4 U villa on 16-30 July 2009 and we have had a brilliant time. The house is beautiful and much bigger than it looks on the photos, it was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our holiday. All the rooms are beautifully decorated and look exactly like they do on the pictures.
The Windsor Hills resort is only 5 - 10 minutes from the Disney parks and is really safe and secure which gave us great peace of mind. Christine made the whole process of renting the villa (something which we had never done before) really easy and everything arrived when it said it would and the customer service we received from her and the management company was excellent.
There were nice little touches like free local calls (great for ordering takeaways!) and a free phone card if we needed to use the phone for any other numbers. It was so nice to have all the towels included as this made room in our suitcases for more presents!!!
We will no doubt be returning to Florida in the next year or so and would definately stay here again. All in all a beautiful villa on a 5 star resort and we could not have asked for anything else. Thanks for renting us your lovely home x x

Christine, Just a few lines to say how much the Day Family enjoyed staying in your beautiful, spacious, clean and well equiped villa. Although not there that much, as we really did 'hit the parks' for which the villa is ideally situated, it was so nice to come back to 'home from home' with that added touch of luxury! What can I say its more than "home away from home". This is a superb property - we found the house in fantastic condition when we arrived we got everything that was promised and most of all had a very caring and concerned Landlady who was in contact with us on a few occasions to make sure we were happy with everything. All in all I would have no hesitation in recommending this property.

2009 New Years Vacation

Our family had an absolutely wonderful vacation at Christine's home. Everything was just as advertised. The 5 bedrooms and 5 baths worked out perfectly for our 10 family members. There was plenty of room for all of us from the eating space to the kitchen. The home was clean and very well maintained. The pool was wonderful and plenty warm to enjoy any time of the day or night. The pool was screened and offered an easily installed fence to prevent young ones from gaining access to the pool. The hot tub was great.

I thought this was a great location and probably only 6-8 minutes from Disney. Also great access to I-4 and only 15 minutes or so from Universal or Sea World. We were in a very well kept resort and not on a busy road. Highway 192 is only 2 minutes away and offers too many stores and restaurants to mention. We ordered out 3 nights from restaurants and had it delivered. The resort also offered a large pool at the clubhouse as well as a store to buy necessities.

Christine was so easy to deal with, as well as her management company. Everything came off without a hitch. I would not hesitate at all to recommend this as a wonderful place to stay. We all had a great family vacation.
