Great relaxing vacation!

The house is exactly as in the pictures and floor plan.. give or take a throw pillow or 2. There was nothing we looked for that we didn't find in the way of kitchen suplplies. The add didn't say the rental included a gas grill, but one quick e-mail to the owners and they had the management company deliver one! The house is clean and bright. The pool was great, the kids really enjoyed being able to swim after a busy day of amusement parks and walking. Being able to eat breakfast and most dinners at *home* was a great way to make our $$ go a little farther.
The area is very quiet, a nice change from the hectic pace of the parks, and while it is rural, the drive to most attractions is relatively short. About 20 mins to Disney and 30 to Universal.. depending on traffic.
This was our first time renting a home and we would definately rent again.. especially this house. There were a few things we would of liked to have know before hand, though it wouldn't of changed our decision to rent. We knew we would need to supply our own dish/laundry detergent bathroom tissue etc. and of course take care of the day to day business of the house (putting out the garbage etc) But there was only 1 garbage bag provided.. next time I woud bring 1-2 extra from home rather than have to buy a whole box (we used shopping bags that didn't really fit well in the can). Also there were 6 of us on vacation , and we had to use all 5 of the beds, plus enough towels for everyone to shower and swim for the week. At the end of the week you are only permitted to leave 2 loads of laundry without being charged, so we actually ended up having to do laundry on the morning we checked out.as 2 king size sheet sets , 1 queen, 1 double and 1 single are more than 2 loads. No problem , but it would of been nice to know the rules about extra charges up front instead of finding out once we got there.
I would most definately recommend this house to friends and family (and have).. and would return in a heartbeat myself.
