Charming beachfront home on beautiful, crystal clear waters at Lake Winnipesaukee. This home is set on a quiet wooded lot, with fabulous views of the lake from the enclosed screened porch, the family room and the dining room (with a fireplace). Here is a terrific place for families to leave behind the hectic pace of work / school, keep things simple and RELAX. The house has a SW exposure, overlooks a tranquil cove, and has a 'no wake zone' with one hundred feet of lake frontage and a private dock. The grounds have plenty of room for the kids to play and a gradual sandy beach. New 15' RAVE raft, swings and hammock! The home has a country feel to it due to an abundance of knotty pine throughout the interior. There is one bedroom with two twin beds, another with bunk beds, another with a queen bed, and a queen pullout couch in the family room. New carpeting and kitchen flooring. No pets or smoking. Blankets and pillows and linens provided, bring your bath and swim towels.

This home is available to you year round. It is on a level lot, with areas of shade and sun, both of which are terrific for small children and the elderly. This lakefront home is in a quiet cove, has beautiful sunset views, with a private dock for your boat. Lake Winnipesaukee is a clear glacial lake, 72 square miles, and boasts multiple summer and winter activities: fishing, swimming, water skiing, boat rentals, over 250+ islands, hiking and biking, fall foliage, antiquing, outlet shops, area motor sports events, tours of the lake by cruise boats, snow skiing, snowmobiling, ice skating, and ice fishing. Did I mention that the fishing is terrific?

This amount is held as security and returned in full within 14 days after departure, assuming there is no property damage. Rental fee plus $125 cleaning due in total 90 days prior to arrival date, (bank check or cash only).
    Available year- round. Rates for late May $1750/week, June $2200 per week, July through Labor Day @ $2800/ wk, after Labor Day $400 per night for minimum of long weekends, and weekly rates at $1950.
