This is a water paradise. The Gulf of Mexico is at your front door and Mandalay Chanel and the intercoastal water way is at your back. The calm waters are inviting for all water activities such as boating, fishing, snorkeling, and diving. You can dock your boat and fish just steps from your door. The beautiful white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are less than a five minute walk. There is no need for a car. You are within a short walk to fine restaurants or just a quick snack or you can enjoy and elegant evening dining cruise. There is plenty of shopping close by too. There is a trolley that stops by your front door for those days you don't feel like walking. Within an easy commute there are countless golf courses such as the Westin Innisbrook Resort, Black Diamond and World Woods. If amusement parks are your thing, Busch Gardens, Disney World and Universal Studios are all close by. Tampa International airport and St. Petersburg International airport are within 20 miles.

Clearwater Beach is a barrier Island located between mainland Clearwater and the Gulf of Mexico. It is completely surrounded by water and has every conceivable water activity on hand. You are centrally located to all of central Florida. You are within an hour and a half drive to Disney World or Orlando. You are just a short drive to St. Petersburg and just two hours from the Atlantic Ocean. You are just across the bay from Tampa and historic Ybor City where the Gasparilla parade is held every year when Jose Gaspar invades Tampa. On Clearwater Beach you can enjoy a street carnival held nightly on Peir 60 that juts out into the Gulf of Mexico. There are entertainers and vendors of any description. There is always plenty to do an see close by.
