PRIME OCEAN FRONT LUXURY TOWNHOME ON ALI'I DRIVE!! MUST SEE!!

Thank you for sharing your Hawaiian hale & wonderous view! This is our third stay during the past six years and we love it and the memories created here more than words can say. Even the whales came back to visit yesterday & today to say Merry Christmas! From our ohana to you, Mahalo and Aloha Nui Loa.

Don't look any further! If you want the Perfect Getaway! This is the place!
I have been to Kona many times but this Townhouse has to be the best one that I and my friends have ever stayed at! The others were nice to but not as nice! Two stories made it feel more like a home than a rental!
Everything that we wanted was right there! From the new washer and dryer, to the beach shoes, to beach towels, to the Ocean! They put that there just to make our visit even better! The place was clean and ready for us when we arrived! Even the air-conditioning was on and set to a nice temp for us! Being at the end of the complex made it even more of a vacation not having people on both sides of you.
The beautiful blue Pacific Ocean right there in front of you, just feet away from the Lanai! The waves crashing on the rocks! Sitting on out there watching and listening to the waves made all my thoughts of work and the grind back home, disappear! The master bedroom on the second floor with it's own balcony made me feel save to leave those doors open at night to hear the ocean! It put me to sleep every night!
There was 7 of us and we had plenty of room so that we didn't feel like we were in each others way all the time! We all took turns cooking in the kitchen and that was a delight. Everything we needed was right there at our finger tips! Even an ice maker! With 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths, great dining area plenty of space.
A short walk to the right of the townhouse is Turtle Bay! There are a few large resident turtles there! They come up to you and check you out when your in the water with them!
A short drive back to the town is all the restaurants and little shops that you could want! There is even a Farmers Market in a parking lot on the weekends that is great to buy souvenirs if you want with great fruit and veggies!
Would I come back to this Townhouse? In a heartbeat! Staying here was the first time that I considered buying a place (just like this one) for a vacation home in Hawaii!
The owners of the property couldn't have been nicer! Most people, once they get your money and you've left, they forget about you!
They did everything they could to make our stay a memorable one! From the time that I first inquired about the rental property, till my return back home from our vacation they wanted to make sure that we all had had a great time!

We really enjoyed our stay at your place in Kona. You have all the amenities anyone would want.

Being close to town for shopping, dining and entertainment was very convenient. The sandy beaches down the street were great for swimming and snorkeling inside the reef.

At the end of the day to come back to the townhouse sit on the lanai and have a glass of wine and watch the sunset felt like we were in paradise.
