Relaxing and private!: Our townhome is in a very small complex with only eight two-story units side-by-side. Our unit sticks out closest to the ocean so we have the only unit with two 'three sided' lanai's. It makes for extra privacy and a wonderful view. The sound of the surf in front of the condo is so relaxing and if you look, you can see fish in the waves!

The VIEW!!: You cannot beat this view. You will enjoy spectacular sunsets every night year round. During the peak season, whales swim right in front of the condo which is fun to watch from the lanai's. You will also see dolphins here and there year round.

The events!: A few walking minutes from the condo, there is a small private cove with a sand beach that is VERY kid friendly, shallow and protected. Turtles live there and they are very friendly and love to come swim up to you!! Our condo is located close to everything you need. Shops, snorkeling, diving, boating, tons of water events, golf, sandy beaches...you name it! If you feel like taking a drive, you can visit the rainforests around the island, professional level golf courses, large hotel resorts, HILO or the world famous active volcano on the other side of the island.

Other Activities: Para sailing, jet skiing, deep sea fishing, whale watching, shopping, restaurants, kayaking, hiking, lunch & dinner cruises.

We spent a very pleasent week in August 2005 and found everything to be exceptional. The accomadations, the view of the ocean and the sunsets couldn't have been better. Making all the arrangements with April was extreamly easy and she was most helpful with every concern I had. I would definitly like to stay at this location in the future.

Real nice townhome to stay at, very quite and great views of the ocean and tide, had a turtle stay all night right in front of the house. Sunsets were great off the balconies. The house had everything you need for your stay. Just bring your bathing suit. Stores for groceries and other things are close by. Trip to Hilo going both ways is real nice, slow in some spots. Went sight seeing and snorkling and scuba diving with the manta rays, what and experience. Would stay again, and the barbacues we had were excellent also.

Stayed in this beautiful home many years ago and hope when we plan our next
trip to Kona in 2006 we will be able to go here again. Perfect location and very restful to sit & watch the ocean.
